We have room for a proactive and self-driven ERP Application Support Specialist in our growing Sprinter team. Our continuous service team is the link to our customers’ success and growth.
Your role is to take care of customer support and development needs. You will be assisted by other members of the team and, if necessary, experts from other teams.

Our IT responsibilities and the stack you will be working with:
Python programming in the MVC framework
PostgreSQL relational databases
Integration technologies such as HTTP, XML, XSL, JSON
Linux server environments
As an ERP Application Support Specialist, you would
Design, develop, debug, and implement Odoo ERP Software or major enhancements to existing Odoo Software
Understand the "Odoo way of doing things" to guide the requirements
Providing our customers and resolving customer issues by performing root cause analysis
Resolve problems with applications and respond to suggestions for improvements and enhancements
Perform Security Patching and updates
Assist in the evaluation and recommendation of application software packages, application integration, and testing tools
Assist customers as needed by providing support for business applications including diagnosing complex problems requiring extensive analysis and troubleshooting
What will help you to be excellent in your role as an ERP Application Support Specialist:
You don’t need to have experience in Odoo, any kind of experience in developing ERP systems architecture will ensure you success
Experience with the systems development life cycle, software development frameworks, methodologies, and best practices
Advanced proficiency in determining the causes of application errors and repairing them
Demonstrable experience as an Application Support Engineer in a related field is a big plus
You are a person who loves to solve complex problems and have the analytical mindset to tackle them together with your team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Finnish and English; be able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
