This module provides an email safety catch that prevents the Odoo system from sending any emails to partners who are not internal users.

The primary intended use for this module is in testing, staging, and development environments. It ensures that no unsolicited emails, notifications, or automated messages are accidentally sent to real customers, vendors, or external partners while testing system functionality.
Overrides the standard mail sending mechanism to ensure emails are only dispatched to safe, verified recipients. It automatically permits emails to flow to internal users (members of the base.group_user group) and intelligently clears the email_to field or removes unsafe recipients from recipient_ids on the fly before sending.
Adds an 'allow_emails' checkbox on the Partner (res.partner) form. This allows administrators or developers to explicitly whitelist specific external test contacts to receive emails.
