EUDR Module

Meet the reporting requirements of the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) directly from Odoo!
With the app, you can register new Due Diligence Statements (DDS) to EU Traces. All data needed for the registration is sent directly from Odoo.
You can also save DDS references received from supplier. Validity of the entered reference is checked with EU Traces on the fly.

Features

• Save Due Diligence Statement (DDS) references received from supplier
• Enter received DDS reference and verification no’s directly on Receipt Form
• Validity of the references id checked on the fly with EU Traces
• DDS references are linked to lot/serial no’s and carried thru the whole supply-chain, as default the references are printed on the delivery slip
• Register new DDS when importing goods to EU market

EUDR User Data

Enter EU Traces Login credentials. Login data can be entered for individual Odoo users.

EUDR Web Service

Select the EU Traces web service to be used, either EU Traces or EU Traces ACCEPTANCE.
You can also select a default login. This login is used if Odoo user does not have own login credentials entered in EUDR User Data -section. Default login is also used by scheduled actions for retrieval of submitted registratons' status.

Product needs to be tracked by lot/serial

Enter weight and HS code for the product

Product can be set for EUDR tracking, but only if it is also lot/serial tracked

Separate product description and scientific name can be defined for EUDR registration. This data can also be left empty, then product's sales description and default name are used.

Due Diligence Statement references received from the supplier are entered on Receipt Form

Due Diligence Statement reference's validity is checked from EU Traces

New Due Diligence Statement can be registered directly from Receipt Form

Status of already submitted statement is shown

New statement can be registered directly from MO Form

DDS references of raw materials/components are attached to registration automatically

Due Diligence Statement references are shown on Lot/Serial Form

Due Diligence Statement references are printed on Delivery slip with Lot/Serial

Frequently Asked Questions [back]

Is this app compatible with Odoo Enterprise as well as Community?
Yes, the app works perfectly well with Odoo Enterprise (On-premise tested) as well as Community. Odoo Online (Cloud) does not allow installation of third-party apps and hence this app cannot be installed on Odoo Online.

I need an extra feature in this app (e.g. attach DDS references to EDI message). How can I request it?
