Webinar: EUDR reporting made easy directly in Odoo
Tuesday 16 Sep at 14:00 EEST
The EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) will take effect at the end of the year and introduces new obligations for many companies. In this webinar, we’ll briefly walk you through what EUDR means in practice and how to meet its requirements smoothly in Odoo.
You will see how SprintIT’s EUDR module helps you manage EUDR compliance directly in your Odoo environment – ensuring your business meets legal requirements and reporting is handled automatically and efficiently.
What is EUDR – and does it apply to you?
The EU Deforestation Regulation will affect businesses that import, export, sell, or further process specific raw materials or related products within the EU. These include:
- Timber and wood products
- Cocoa, coffee, soy
- Palm oil and rubber
- Cattle and derived products
The regulation's main goal is to ensure that products placed on the EU market are not linked to deforestation and that their origin can be fully traced.
📌Check if your products fall under EUDR:

EUDR requirements will become enforceable on December 30, 2025 (for small and micro businesses: June 30, 2026).
What does EUDR require from your business?
To legally place products on the EU market, companies must:
- Know exactly where products come from and ensure that products are not linked to deforestation.
Origin must be documented with precise location data – including geo-coordinates indicating, for example, the forest where timber was harvested or the farm where cattle were raised. - Collect and retain detailed supply chain information.
This includes batch-specific Due Diligence Statement (DDS) reference numbers provided by your suppliers. - When needed, submit a Due Diligence Statement (DDS): This electronic declaration confirms that the product’s origin has been verified and poses no significant risk under EUDR. The DDS must be submitted via the EU TRACES platform, a regulatory system used for monitoring plant and animal products. A new DDS must be created, for example, when a company manufactures products that fall under the scope of the deforestation regulation.

SprintIT’s EUDR module for Odoo helps you:
