What is EUDR and does it apply to your business?

EUDR applies to companies importing, exporting, selling or processing certain raw materials – such as wood, coffee, cocoa, soy or cattle – or related products within the EU. The regulation aims to ensure these products are not sourced from deforested areas and can be reliably traced back to origin.

The obligation takes effect on 30 December 2026 for large and medium-sized companies, and on 30 June 2027 for small and micro companies.
