The project started with a thorough requirement definition (POC) led by SprintIT’s Project Manager, Henri Komulainen. The scope, timeline, and budget were clearly set from the beginning. Staying within these boundaries ensured well-paced decision-making and prioritization.

From complexity to clarity
In phase one, the focus was on core operations: finance, accounting, sales, and field service. SprintIT’s localization for Finnish accounting enabled automated invoicing and compliant financial reporting.

While standard Odoo met most needs, SprintIT developed targeted custom features to improve information flow between customer service, field technicians, and sales. This included:

A strong start to ongoing development
With the first phase successfully completed, TEXA immediately launched phase two with SprintIT. Next, the focus is on eCommerce, customer portal enhancements, and optimizing logistics.
